organic food

I see certified organic food as the min. quality I will eat (if possible),
most people I talk to don't know what the rules are for organic,
and they are not super strict,
mostly due to only dealing with what the farmer adds, and not what is already there.

just grow something in someone's back yard and don't spray things on it, and it usually is way better quality

the other thing with organic is that the word "organic" is claimed to be owned by the FDA,
and you need there permission to use it,
they have rules you must follow, and certifications you must get to qualify,

so I care less about if something is "organic" and more about how it was grown and processed,

but it appears that due to the government shutdown that there are no current rules

so maybe you can go read up on it later...

or you can just look at archive.org 's copy
