lunch

so I am really liking the chickpea pancakes,
just mix chana (chickpea) flour (besan at indian grocery stores)
with some salt, cinnamon, turmeric, or what ever your favorite spices are (if any)
mix with water to form slightly runny batter and cook like a pancake,  
and peanut butter on them seems to work very well,
all gone in 5 min. !
so good


also chard harvest time, I can't wait to have some.
