so there is no warm spot where I live,
no fire to go seek out,
it is just horrible,
every place to live should have some warm spot to go gather around,
I have been thinking of heating up bricks (or water) in a solar oven and taking them inside after they are very hot...
now it might not be such a big issue,
but I don't seem to have enough internal heat,
I measure myself between 94.1 and 96.3F over the last few days,
that is actually in the hypothermia range,
no wonder my body can't make arginine,
and that I have not been feeling so good,
it is proving hard to warm up for very long,
coats have no effect at all,
I can't wait for summer.
